Job Description
We are looking for a CNC Operator with at least 6 months experience in operating vertical machining centers to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
Responsibilities
-Set up and operate CNC vertical machining centers to produce parts efficiently and accurately.
-Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to determine machining requirements.
-Load materials into the machine and secure them properly.
-Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures.
-Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product specifications.
-Conduct regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
-Perform quality inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments.
-Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues.
-Complete production logs and documentation accurately.
Background Profile
-High school diploma/GED
-At least 1 year of machine operating experience
