Laser Operator

Laser Operator – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available

Pay: $16.50 per hour +$2/hr on 3rd shift

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated Laser Operators to join our team across all shifts. This role is responsible for operating CNC laser machines, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser machines safely and efficiently.

• Load and unload materials and set up jobs as required.

• Follow all work instructions and production documentation accurately.

• Communicate with shear and deburring operators as needed to support workflow.

• Comply with all applicable ISO and OSHA standards.

• Use basic shop math and understand machining tolerances (e.g., ±0.005").

• Use measuring tools to verify that parts meet specifications.

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

• Utilize basic computer skills for machine operation and documentation.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Ability to use hand tools and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
