We are seeking a Laser Operator (Amada Laser - 4i Control) to join our team on day shifts, with options for 4x10 or 5x8 schedules.
The role involves safely and accurately operating CNC laser machinery to cut and form parts, inspecting work for quality, interpreting blueprints, and adjusting settings as needed.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred), mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read technical documents. Dependability, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong communication are essential.
Physical requirements include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and wearing safety gear such as glasses and steel toe boots. Safety compliance is a top priority.
This position offers $20-$24/hr, with opportunities for cross-training and skill growth. No prior experience is required; training will be provided.
