Laser Operator

Location: Sturtevant, WI
Pay: $20–$25/hr+ Based on experience
Shift: Second Shift : 2:30pm-11pm

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Laser/Turret Team Member Level 2 to join the manufacturing team. This position will operate and set up laser/turret equipment to cut metal components according to quality and production standards.

Responsibilities

• 1–3 years of laser/turret setup and operating experience required

• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings

• Ability to understand standard and metric measurements

• Experience using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and height gauges

• Set up and operate laser/turret equipment

• Load and unload materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, and manual lifts

• Perform quality checks and process verification

• Flex to deburring, hardware insertion, shakeout, or press brake operations as needed

• Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean work area

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift

• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment

• Occasional forklift operation

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
