About the Role

Join a team that blends craftsmanship and advanced fabrication to create high-quality, custom metal products used in public spaces across the country. You’ll work with a variety of equipment and materials to bring architectural designs to life, contributing directly to visible, real-world projects.

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate a range of CNC fabrication equipment, including:

Laser cutting systems
Turret punch presses
Press brakes and forming equipment
(TRUMPF experience a plus)

Support the production of custom metal components and architectural products, ensuring parts meet blueprint and quality specifications
Troubleshoot equipment or program-related issues to maintain precision and consistency in finished parts
Inspect parts using calipers, protractors, and other measuring tools to ensure compliance with drawings and tolerances
Organize and manage parts through production, ensuring proper sorting, labeling, and flow between work centers
Maintain high quality standards by ensuring all parts passed forward meet finish and dimensional requirements
Assist across fabrication and CNC operations to support production timelines and team objectives
Maintain equipment and work area through 5S and TPM practices, ensuring a safe and efficient environment
Support material handling and shop operations using forklifts, overhead cranes, and shop tools

What You Bring

Experience operating a laser, punch, brake, or other CNC fabrication equipment
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
Hands-on experience with inspection and measurement tools
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and adjust setups
Ability to work in a custom/job shop environment with changing priorities and deisgns
