The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services, including Perming, Threading, and more. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


We are looking for full time and part-time Stylists who have lash experience and enjoy working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly, and responsible!  
  
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive aftercare products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
•  Helps with promotion at supplementary events and performs, when asked, services during those promotional events to help market the salon and build the brand.
• Maintain clean and sterile work environment
• Must be available Saturdays and Sundays.
•  Responsible for proper sanitation of implements according to Lash Lounge protocol and Licensing 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license 
• 1+ years as a Lash Stylist REQUIRED
• 1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred 
•  Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
•  Forms strong working relationships within team.
• Customer service focused; loves on your clients
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered

  Position Pay $16-$18 hour plus (Depending on experience) After training pay could increase 18-22 plus retail and membership commission.
