What we’re looking for:

‍️ Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist (Illinois license required)
️ Hands-on experience with lash extensions (classic required; hybrid/volume a plus)
Strong application skills with attention to detail and timing
爵 Comfortable performing additional services such as waxing and tinting
 Excellent communication and client retention skills
 Reliable, professional, and team-focused
 A positive attitude and passion for helping clients look and feel their best
