Job Summary We are looking for a talented Lash Technician to join our team! If you are a cosmetologist or esthetician who would like to expand your skills to include lash extensions and brow services, we want to hear from you!
As a Lash Technician, you will provide lash and brow services with the highest levels of quality and care. Successful candidates are committed to providing excellent customer service and enjoy working with people. You are highly motivated, friendly, and responsible!
Responsibilities
apply consecutive eyelash extension appointments
perform lash lift & tint + brow lamination & tint
waxing brows, lip, face and body
Threading capability is a plus
Educate the client about lash upgrades and our exclusive aftercare products
Attend industry-related events, training, and product sessions
Maintain a clean and well-stocked eyelash application room
Be responsible with inventory/supplies/tools
Create and apply client-specific, semi-permanent eyelash extensions
Build rapport - create a recurring client base for yourself
Perform daily procedures/applications of our services to scheduled clients at the highest level of quality and care
Sign up clients for “touch-up” (follow-up) appointments
Qualifications
A current Cosmetology or Esthetics license is required.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work professionally with the public
Ability to perform semi-permanent eyelash extensions, volume eyelash extensions, lash and brow tinting, eyelash perming, facial threading, and permanent make-up procedures.
Ability to engage and retain customers
Ability to educate clients on aftrecare and products to retain their service results
