The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests' natural lashes. Our ideal Lash Artist has experience and:
Enjoys working with people
Can be trusted to work independently and potentially become a leader
Understands the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions
Is highly motivated, friendly and responsible!
This is a full time position that requires available on some nights and weekends.
Must have a Cosmetology or Esthetics license
Required Skills of a Lash Technician:
Active Cosmetology, Facial Specialist or Esthetics license
1+ years as a Lash Technician preferred but no required.
Customer service focused, loves on your clients
Reliable transportation & strong work ethic
Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
