About the Role:

ComForCare Home Health Care - Maryville is looking for a compassionate and dependable Late Afternoon Caregiver to join our dedicated team in Maryville, TN. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home care during the late afternoon hours. Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing during late afternoon shifts
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention to ensure safety at home
• Prepare and serve evening meals while accommodating dietary needs and preferences
• Administer medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying, laundry, and dishes
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients quality of life
• Communicate updates on client condition to supervisors and family members as needed

Requirements:

• Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred
• Availability for consistent late afternoon and early evening shifts
• Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans accurately
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
