Zaxby's is exploring expanded late-night operations, and we're seeking motivated individuals interested in helping lead our late-night teams.
This is an opportunity for experienced restaurant team members and leaders who enjoy taking ownership, developing people and delivering an outstanding guest experience.
Potential shifts may extend until 3 AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support team members throughout the shift
- Maintain excellent food quality, speed of service and guest satisfaction
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness and operational standards are met
- Manage labor and team positioning to support restaurant performance
- Execute closing procedures and maintain restaurant security
- Coach and develop team members to deliver consistent results
What We're Looking For
- Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Dependable attendance and late-night availability
- Ability to lead a team with limited direct supervision
- Willingness to take ownership of restaurant performance
