Responsibilities
Advise clients on sophisticated legal matters within your area of practice
Manage substantive client work and day-to-day matter responsibilities
Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups
Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents
Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal analysis
Participate in client development and relationship-building efforts
Work directly with clients on significant domestic and international matters
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Current law firm experience preferred
Strong academic credentials
Excellent analytical, research, writing, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters simultaneously
Strong client service orientation
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within team environments
Active bar admission or eligibility to practice in the applicable jurisdiction
