In this role, you will work on high-profile complex securities litigation and shareholder rights matters, collaborating with teams of experienced attorneys to prosecute cases involving violations of federal securities laws.Associates at Robbins Geller are expected to take on meaningful responsibilities early in their careers, including:Drafting and arguing motions in federal courtConducting document and deposition discoveryManaging client communicationsCoordinating litigation strategy with colleaguesQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic performanceExceptional legal writing skills (Law Review and/or federal court clerkship preferred)Prior litigation experience in complex and/or class action casesDemonstrated interest in securities fraud litigation and investor protectionAdmission to practice law in the jurisdiction of application (or ability to become admitted promptly)Salary Range: $185,000 - $225,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)Robbins Geller is an equal employment opportunity employer.
