Lateral Firefighter/Paramedic

Central Kitsap Fire & Rescue is Hiring Lateral Firefighter Paramedics! You must already be certified. Anticipated start November 2026. Applications Accepted Through October 9, 2026. Are you safety focused, community minded and passionate about fire and rescue? The ideal candidates will be self motivated, able to troubleshoot problems and remain focused in critical situations. You should be excited about the idea of training, be a productive and proactive teammate and a strong communicator who can lead and follow. Above all else, you should be passionate about fire and rescue, understand the roles of policies and procedures as they relate to safety, have the desire to have an impact in your community and be willing to take risks to make our organization stronger.
