We are seeking experienced lateral partners across a variety of practice areas to join its growing New Jersey platform.

The firm is particularly interested in attorneys with an established, portable $500K+ book of business who are looking for a platform that can support continued client development and long-term practice growth.

Candidates from a range of legal specialties are encouraged to explore the opportunity, provided their practice aligns with the firm's existing capabilities and client base.

• Two years of guaranteed compensation for new lateral partners
• Initial guaranteed compensation is determined based on the candidate's experience and practice
• Partner compensation is reviewed annually by the firm's Compensation Committee
• Annual compensation is based on individual performance and overall contribution to the firm
• Partners receive biweekly draws throughout the year
• When the annual compensation awarded exceeds the partner's draws, the difference is paid through additional distributions
• 15% origination compensation within the firm's partner compensation structure
• Significant upside for partners who continue to grow their book and contribute to the firm's overall success
