This role focuses on building a client book of business, developing client relationships, and managing your own Latitude operating company. The position does not involve practicing law.Key ResponsibilitiesLaunch and lead a Latitude operating company.Build and nurture trusted relationships with law firms and in‑house legal teams.Collaborate with Latitude colleagues nationwide to select and propose elite attorneys for assignments with sophisticated clients, ensuring high satisfaction.Represent the Latitude brand locally and nationally.Drive growth through proactive outreach, referrals, thought leadership, and market leadership.Success CriteriaOur most successful partners demonstrate absolute dedication to client success, extreme ownership, responsiveness, and relentless drive to build and sell businesses.QualificationsExperience as a senior attorney in a law firm or corporate legal department.A strong network of legal decision‑makers.Demonstrated business development potential and grit.High level of drive and individual initiative.An ownership mentality, discretion, and an abundance mindset.A strong desire to build something that's yours and grow it over time.Travel RequirementsFrequent local travel to meet with clients and prospective clients is required.
