Lead Operations Launch Activities Ensure successful launches by developing tools to track launch readiness to customer deliverables, launch metrics versus business case Ensure PDP is followed for all launches, including MSD workshops and Zero Defect Launch process Manage the Lead Operations and Industrial Engineering Group (LOE and IE) and Change Management Process Develop direct reports Ensure that all program deliverables are met prior to accepting the program from Corporate Coordinate competing interests for plant resources (skilled trades, floor space, operators, CMM, kaizen team, engineers, etc.) Resolve issues between the plant and outside functional groups. |
