How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Linen Processing and Distribution : Load and unload linen from washers and dryers, sort soiled linen from utility rooms, and deliver clean linen to user departments according to preestablished levels and schedules, including counting, stacking, and distributing emergency supplies.
  • Resident Personal Clothes Management ): Deliver personal clothes to residents, ensuring they are labeled for identity purposes and put away neatly, while demonstrating and practicing HIPAA confidentiality regulations.
  • Housekeeping and Cleaning Back-up : Perform cleaning duties that serve as a back-up for Housekeeping Aides, which includes cleaning residents' rooms and work areas, performing resident discharge cleaning, wet mopping rooms and public areas, and helping to clean machines and floors.
  • Facility Standards and Values: Adhere to Facility Standards of Conduct and practices the Core Values of Service of the Poor, Reverence, Integrity, Wisdom, Creativity and Dedication, and maintain all established departmental safety, environmental, and infection control standards, ensuring cross contamination does not occur.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Education:

  • H.S Diploma or GED preferred.
