About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at I & L INDUSTRIAL LAUNDRY LLC as a Laundry Attendant! This exciting position offers a chance to contribute to a fast-paced environment where cleanliness and efficiency are paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Operate washing machines and dryers to ensure optimal cleaning of linens and garments.
- Sort, fold, and package clean laundry for distribution to clients.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment as needed.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding laundry operations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a laundry or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
