Laundry Attendant

As an award-winning boutique hotel, the Inn at Willow Grove provides guests with an unsurpassed luxury experience. We are looking for someone to join our housekeeping team as a Laundry Attendant. Our housekeeping staff consists of guest service-oriented individuals who are energetic, organized, methodical, and can work both as a team player and independently towards one goal- maximum guest satisfaction and experience. We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Laundry Attendant to help us provide and unsurpassed luxury experience for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for washing, drying, folding, and pressing linens, while maintaining our high standards of cleanliness. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, press, and organize hotel linens, towels, and bedding.
• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Operate standard and commercial washers, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and effciently.
• Inspect linens for stains, damage, or wear, and remove damaged items from circulation.
• Treat stained items using approved cleaning methods and products.
• Monitor laundry supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance concerns promptly.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaing attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management skills. 
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull 30 pounds or more.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform reptitive tasks throughout the shift. 
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time. 
• A friendly, professional attitude and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
