Laundry Attendant

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The Laundry Attendant will be responsible for washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and other textiles used by our establishment.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Operate industrial laundry equipment to clean linens and towels.
2. Sort and separate items according to color, fabric type, and cleaning instructions.
3. Inspect items for stains or damages and pre-treat when necessary.
4. Fold, stack, and store clean linens in an organized manner.
5. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
6. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens.
7. Follow company safety and sanitation policies at all times.
8. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.

**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.
3. Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting and moving heavy items.
4. Understanding of cleaning and laundry procedures.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong communication skills.
8. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
