Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain laundry equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Sort, wash, dry, and fold various types of linens and garments according to established protocols.
• Inspect and identify items needing special care or repair, and communicate with management as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management of laundry supplies and report any shortages.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
• Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in laundry services or a similar role is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Knowledge of laundry chemicals and safe handling practices is an advantage.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends and holidays.
