The Bay View Inn is hiring for the 2026 Summer Season.
A Laundry Attendant at the Bay View Inn is responsible for operating laundry machinery, such as washers, dryers and irons, within a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
The Laundry Attendant's typical job functions include:
- Operating (loading and unloading) washers, dryers and iron
- Folding and placing linens in appropriate storage bin/areas
- Sorting/separating dirty linen
- Moving heavy carts multiple times per day
- Changing chemicals when alerted
- Understanding which linens belong to each property (3 hotels/4 restaurants)
- Daily clean up and organizing
Qualifications
This position may be for you if you are:
- Available to work days, nights, weekends and/or holidays
- Able to lift 25+ lbs, push heavy carts, repetitive tugging, pulling, pushing, lifting and standing for long hours.
- Previous experience in laundry operations is preferred but not required.
