Laundry Attendant / Utility

Black Bear Talent is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant / Utility team member to support evening operations. This role is responsible for handling hotel laundry and maintaining the cleanliness of public areas to ensure a welcoming environment for guests. Additional hours may be available in housekeeping for the right candidate.

Hours are 4pm - 9pm or 1pm - 9pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, towels, and other laundry items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
• Clean and service public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces
• Replenish supplies in public areas as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist housekeeping team when needed or as additional hours become available

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel, housekeeping, or laundry experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
• Must successfully pass pre-employment background check
