Laundry AttendantGENERAL PURPOSECleans and prepares all soiled linen. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES To sort, pretreat, wash and fold all linen. To maintain a clean work area. Secures and maintains custody of equipment, keys and supplies at all times in order to protect and preserve hotel property.Maintains a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times. Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.*May require a clean MVR and active driver's license. OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESProvides assistance to other employees and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.JOB QUALIFICATIONSMust have basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products and operation of standard cleaning equipment.Must possess a minimum of 9th grade reading/writing skills. Additional Info:Minimum Age 18+ years old
