Job Requirements

• A passion for helping seniors
• A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
• Ability to work every other weekend

Job Responsibilities Include

• Responsible for utilizing appropriate cleaning solution to thoroughly launder all linens and residents personal clothing
• Delivering and putting away residents personal clothing in their room.
• Clean lint traps as required by equipment manufacturer.
• Keep laundry room clean and free of clutter

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Ability to handle frequent lifting, bending, stooping, climbing, pushing and stretching.
• Ability to identify safety hazards is required
• No prior laundry experience necessary
