The Laundry Supervisor/Team Leader supports daily laundry operations and assists the Housekeeping Management Team in maintaining quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities include supervising laundry staff, supporting housekeeping staff, inspecting guest rooms, and managing purchasing and inventory control.
The role reports to the Housekeeping Management team and involves interacting with guests.
The position requires a HS diploma (some college preferred), at least 1-2 years of supervisory or laundry experience, and physical ability to handle heavy loads and stand for long hours.
Bi-lingual Spanish and emotional intelligence training are preferred.
The role offers $26.50/hr, flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and may involve some travel. The environment is primarily indoor with some outdoor activities.
