- Currently enrolled and taking classes as a Tulane University student

- Perform opening and closing procedures as well as equipment and furniture inventories for the building and conference rooms
- Ensure that public meeting areas are properly set up to accommodate scheduled activities, including moving of tables and stacks of chairs
- Review Operation Reports for the current and following day's meetings. Assist with meeting room and event set-ups as needed (i.e. setting up tables and chairs in various formations, unlock/lock rooms, turn on/off lights, provide required equipment, make changes as requested)
- Monitor all meetings and events occurring within the building.
- Have working knowledge of LCD projectors, Apple TV monitors, wireless microphones, and various sound system equipment (training will be provided)
- Assist the Professional Staff with various office tasks, errands, and projects as needed
- Responsible for the security and safety of the building as well as performing opening and closing procedures
