  • Answer incoming calls and direct callers to the appropriate office or employee
  • Answer inquiries about upcoming events or meetings and provide general university information
  • Assist walk-up patrons and visitors with questions, information, and directions
  • Log accurate lost and found records for items that are found or turned in
  • Hang and remove all banners and posters in a timely manner
  • Distribute all table tents in a timely manner
  • Hang approved posters on bulletin boards upon receipt
  • Assist the Professional Staff with various office tasks, errands, and projects as needed
  • Responsible for the security and safety of the building
