This is a remote role. Candidates will be expected to travel for on-site service delivery, partner meetings, internal team meetings, and other external engagements.
We are currently hiring for a Managing Director, Growth & Partnerships focused on the Southwest region. Candidates based in Texas are strongly preferred, though applicants from other locations will be considered.
At Lavinia Group, a division of K12 Coalition, the Managing Director, Growth and Partnerships leads regional growth by cultivating new district and school partnerships, advancing strategic relationships, and driving revenue across a defined geography. This role blends strategic vision with high-level relationship management to expand the organization’s regional footprint and achieve regional growth goals. The Managing Director identifies new opportunities, leads targeted outreach, and collaborates across teams to develop proposals and partnership plans aligned to partner needs and organizational priorities.
The Managing Director, Growth and Partnerships reports to the Vice President, School Partnerships and includes management responsibilities. This role will manage up to six direct reports, which may shift over time based on organizational needs.

Directly manage a portfolio of large, strategic partnerships in the region.
Build strong, trusting relationships with all stakeholders and leverage relationships to build capacity and drive toward partnership goals.

The compensation range for this position is $160,000 - $200,000 with an additional variable compensation/bonus plan based upon individual performance.
As part of our commitment to maintaining fair and consistent compensation practices, new hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the band minimum and midpoint, based on their qualifications, location, internal alignment, and the budgeted amount for the role.
