Key Responsibilities:

• Draft responses to Complaints, Discovery Requests, and legal motions.

• Conduct in-depth legal research on complex issues and present concise findings.

• Assist with motion practice and case strategy development.

Qualifications:

• Current law student enrolled in a Florida law school (2L or 3L preferred).
• \n
• Ability to commute to our Orlando office as needed.
• \n
• Strong legal research and writing skills with attention to detail.
• \n
• Professional demeanor, reliability, and a proactive work ethic.
• \n
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• \n
