    Law Firm Administrative SpecialistJoin to apply for the Law Firm Administrative Specialist role at Law Offices of Leah V. Durant & AssociatesWe are a national law firm dedicated to representing individuals and families who have suffered rare vaccine-related adverse reactions through the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). Our practice is built on compassion, professionalism, and a deep respect for the critical role vaccines play in public health, and we take pride in helping our clients navigate this no-fault compensation system.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to attorneys and staff, including billing and time entry support.Prepare invoices and other billing documents.Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files with exceptional accuracy.Assist with client communications and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding matters.Coordinate meetings, manage team calendars, and make travel arrangements as needed.Prepare and proofread legal documents and presentations with impeccable attention to detail.Support office operations, including supply management, mail handling, and answering firm phones.Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.Prior administrative or office support experience (law firm experience preferred but not required).Excellent organizational skills and a strong commitment to accuracy.Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take initiative.Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new software.Strong written and verbal communication skills.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package, including employer-provided health insurance for the employee and a 4% 401(k) match.Professional growth opportunities within a supportive and collaborative team.A positive and collaborative workplace culture.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionLegalIndustryLegal Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
