Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee full-cycle accounting, including AP, AR, and payroll

  • Manage revenue collections and cash flow forecasting (core focus)

  • Maintain and ensure compliance with trust accounting requirements

  • Handle accounting and limited bookkeeping for a related entity funded by the main firm

  • Ensure accurate reconciliations, reporting, and financial controls

  • Utilize and manage accounting processes within Juris software


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Strong experience in full-cycle accounting

  • Legal industry experience

  • Strong attention to detail, leadership skills, and financial judgment
