Law firm Marketing Specialist | Pittsburgh, PA
We’re seeking an engaging, relationship-driven Marketing Specialist to join a growing law firm in Pittsburgh.
This role partners closely with attorneys and firm leadership to support marketing initiatives, business development, internal communications, and firm-wide engagement efforts.
You will:
• Meet with attorneys to support individual marketing plans and practice growth
• Coordinate events (client receptions, retreats, CLEs, and firm-wide gatherings)
• Manage and create social media content highlighting firm news and events
• Help connect attorneys across practice areas to encourage collaboration and referrals
• Assist with photos, videos, and website content updates
• Support HR with employee engagement events
What we’re looking for:
• Outgoing, people-focused communicator who enjoys relationship-building
• Background in marketing, events, communications, or social media
• Strong organization and project management skills
• Experience in professional services is a plus
• Interest in reputation-based marketing
Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
