Law & Motion Attorney - Employment Law Plaintiff /Bar admission in California (preferred) or eligibility for admission

100% Remote:

 $160-$220 Discretionary bonus

Requirements: 

We are looking for Law & Motion Attorney with strong background in Employment law - Plaintiff

Substantial employment law experience

4-6 years of legal experience and writing

Drafting oppositions to motions for summary judgment.

We will require a writing sample for any of the above or any briefing regarding anti-SLAPP applicant with submission.

 Drafting oppositions to demurrers, and Handling a variety of motion practice.
