Join us in upholding our commitment to excellence in legal services.ResponsibilitiesFocus on creating a plan for the client's future.Manage metrics to provide realistic expectations to clients.Drive growth and improve firm accuracy, performance, and culture.Use reports and case review meetings to ensure matters move through the workflow pipeline at the right pace and tasks are completed on time.Report to the Administrator/Owner weekly and conduct case status meetings at least monthly.Review the case management system for quality and timeliness, monitoring tasks and workflow.Collect records of expenses and costs advanced to clients, updating the case management and accounting systems.Oversee and manage vendors to ensure deadlines and quality of work.Manage office facilities and office supply inventory.Assist the Owner and future Legal Administrator with recruitment, hiring, staff, and general human resources operations.Supervise non‑lawyer support staff and vendors.Administer payroll (verifying work hours, leave time, overtime) and benefits.Oversee the firm's records retention and information storage retrieval.Assist with drafting, implementing, maintaining, improving, and monitoring the execution of employment policies and procedures.Ensure business systems processes are fully documented, organized, and available to the team.Perform audits and spot‑checks to ensure policies and procedures are followed and operating as intended.Prepare weekly dashboard and project/status report for the Owner and future Administrator.Enjoy metrics guiding decisions and reporting.QualificationsExperience with a family law firm.Prior supervisory experience, preferably with a staff of 10+ people and budgets of $3,500,000 or more.Employee engagement and leadership, supervision, and termination experience.Experience managing bookkeepers, accountants, technology services, and other vendors.Experience managing cases and projects to ensure they are resolved successfully, on time, and on budget.Adapt to change and lead change, driving and thriving in it.Talk more about solutions than problems.Balance both aspects of work/life balance.High energy level, thick skin, high empathy.Sense of humor alongside compassion.Keen conflict resolution skills.Ability to attend conferences, trainings, and stay informed on best practices.Ability to give and receive feedback accurately and in detail.Compensation$45,000-$70,000 per year#J-18808-Ljbffr
