Experience: A successful applicant will have demonstrated skills with legal research and writing. A successful application will also have an outstanding academic background and a commitment to producing influential and enduring scholarship.

Duties/Expectations: It is expected that the Research Fellow will make significant progress on scholarly projects and both benefit from and contribute to the scholarly work of members of the BYU Law School faculty.
