As a family-owned business with over 67 years of history, Elliott Ace Hardware is seeking a motivated and talented Lawn and Garden FT Sales Associate. This position will be managing the sales of our Yard Power Equipment including brands such as Stihl, Toro, Ego and Ariens in addition to other Lawn and Garden items. We offer extensive training, ensuring you have all the tools to succeed!

What Youll Do:

• Sales in our Lawn & Garden department including Yard Power Equipment such as Stihl, Toro, Ego and Ariens items.
• Responsible for managing, displaying and maintaining the Lawn and Garden Department.
• Inventory control for the department including placing orders.
• Assist customers in determining the right product for their needs, give instructions on usage and overall striving to provide the best possible shopping experience.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Expectations:

• Be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• Ability to lift 10 to 20 lbs. frequently and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Strong interest and desire to learn all aspects of Stihl, Toro, Ego, Ariens, and associated lines.
• Current work schedule - Mon 7:30-4:30pm, Tue 7:30-4:30pm, Thu 11-8pm, Fri 11-8pm and Alternating Sat & Sun
