Location: Avery Island, LA

Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

We're hiring a Lawn Care Crew in Avery Island, and this is your chance to work outside, use your hands, and keep the property clean, green, and looking sharp.

Requirements: What It Takes to Be Part of This Crew

• Assist with daily lawn care and landscape maintenance operations
• Load, unload, and prepare tools, equipment, and materials for daily job assignments
• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, weeding, hedging, raking, mulch installation, and debris removal
• Maintain lawns, garden beds, and landscaped areas according to company standards
• Work closely with the Crew Lead to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to customer specifications
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required PPE and equipment
• Clean, maintain, and store equipment at the end of each shift
• Report damaged equipment or maintenance needs to management promptly
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude while working on client properties
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and environments

What You'll Be Doing on the Grounds

As a Lawn Care Crew, you'll care for lawns and garden spaces through pruning, edging, cutting, and consistent watering. Your plant expertise will guide your work, and you'll need to comfortably lift (up to) 50 pounds throughout the shift
