Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup
  • Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers
  • Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively
  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients by addressing their questions and concerns
  • Complete administrative tasks such as time tracking, inventory management, and equipment maintenance records
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred
  • Knowledge of lawn care techniques and equipment
  • Ability to operate and maintain a range of lawn care equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
