Job Summary
We’re looking for a motivated, reliable
Lawn Care Technician to join our team. You’ll work on residential and commercial properties using well-maintained equipment to keep lawns looking their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment: push/riding mowers, blowers, edgers, trimmers, chainsaws (training provided) and fertilizing equipment.
- Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and leaf cleanups
- Keep work sites clean, safe, and professional; respect customer property, pets, and children
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance needs
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and be willing to learn new equipment/techniques
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable transportation to/from the shop
- Lawn care or landscaping experience required ( minimum 1 year experience )
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality
- Reliable, on time, and able to manage your day efficiently
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
