What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the Charge: Managing a small crew to ensure every property looks like a golf course.
- Precision Work: Operating zero-turns, stand-on, and commercial push mowers like a pro.
- The Details: Mowing, line trimming, and blowing off driveways—because the "clean" look is everything. (Curb edging withing specific contracts)
- Customer Care: Building lasting relationships with our customers. Making "On The Spot Decisions" when needed and delivering professional advice to our customers
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience: At least 2 years of professional mowing experience.
- Leadership: You know how to motivate a team and keep the pace up without sacrificing quality.
- Reliability: You show up on time, every time, ready to crush the day.
- Driver’s License: A clean record and the ability to drive a truck/trailer combo is required.

- 6-8 hour days or as needed (Summer)
- Support snow operations (winter)
- Create a profitable Service Division to the business
- Continue to grow and customer service the Service Division
