As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Weed Control and Fertilization Technician to enhance our team and deliver exceptional service to our customers. The technician will manage 25–35 properties per day, document services and notes electronically, and handle basic customer questions or callbacks related to lawn health. Prior lawn care, pest control, or outdoor working experience is highly valued. Applicants must have a clean driving record and be physically able to work outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions. In addition to field work, this role offers opportunities to grow into advanced positions, crew leadership, training, or management responsibilities for the right individual. Candidates must be dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working independently while representing the company professionally.
