Job Details:

• Position: Lawn Care Technician
  
  
• Status: Full-time (Seasonally March-November)
  
  
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Saturday overtime offered during busy season)

Key Responsibilities:

• Fertilize, aerate, and seed lawns using our specialized power equipment
  
  
• Perform shop work as needed
  
  
• Offer new services to customers
  
  
• Note: No mowing or landscaping required
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  
  
• Reliable transportation to work
  
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills
  
  
• Ability to operate machinery and meet production goals
  
  
• Physical ability to lift over 50 pounds
  
  
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
  
  

Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn and grow, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Experience in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, arboriculture, painting, maintenance, or general labor is highly desirable.
