Position Summary:
As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll be responsible for performing fertilization, weed control, pest control, and other lawn treatment services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and values customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply applications according to company standards and state regulations

• Diagnose turf issues such as disease, insect, and soil problems

• Operate lawn care equipment including spreaders, sprayers, and small machinery

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

• Maintain accurate service records and daily route logs

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of equipment

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to work independently in a physically demanding outdoor environment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Willingness to obtain necessary pesticide applicator licenses (training provided)

• Previous lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience is a plus
