What You Can Expect: A normal day at Herbi-Systems

• Morning Prep: You arrive at our facility, check in with your manager, review your clear daily route/schedule, and ensure your vehicle and equipment are prepped and safe.
• On the Job: You'll spend your day outdoors or in the shop working independently, executing processes precisely, and maintaining quality standards.
• Customer & Team Interaction: You’ll represent Herbi-Systems professionally, communicating clearly with clients and fellow team members.
• Wrap-Up: You return to the shop, log your completed work, prep for the next day, and head home knowing you put in an honest day's work.

What Success Looks Like
Instead of a long list of duties, here is what winning in this role looks like:

• 30 Days: You have learned our daily check-in routines, safety protocols, and core equipment/vehicle operations.
• 60 Days: You are operating efficiently, meeting daily production standards, and navigating routes and shop tasks smoothly.
• 90 Days: You are a team member delivering consistent quality and great customer satisfaction.

What We Need From You

• Reliability: A great work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude.
• Requirements: Must have a Valid Driver’s License and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Physical Capability: Ability to work outdoors/shop environments, handle standard physical tasks, lift up to 50 lbs continually, and operate tools/equipment.
• Experience: Having previous experience and a TN certification (category: 3,5,6) is preferred but not required.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate:$20 -$25 per hour based on experience.
