Requirements

• Michigan Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (Categories 3A, 3B, & 6 mandatory) is required.
• 1 Year of commercial lawn care experience, including operation of ride-on spreader
• A chauffeur''s driver's license is required.
• Experience driving a truck w/ trailer is required.
• Basic math skills associated with accurately measuring and mixing pesticides, as well as calibrating spreaders to directed application rates
• Possess a Smart phone and use to track time and material, as well as navigate to properties
• The capacity to work independently or with a crew
• General working knowledge of proper lawn and landscape management practices, including basic grass, weed, & disease identification
• Flexible attitude open to helping in other areas of the business when needed
• Ability to lift 50 pound bags of fertilizer
