Responsibilities:
  • Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs.
  • Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Assist in landscape design and installation projects as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.
  • Paper Schedule Upkeep
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscaping practices.
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in landscaping or horticulture is a plus.
Compensation:
  • Starting at $17.00- $21.00/Hour (Potentially more with exceptional experience and work ethic)
  • Opportunity for overtime.
