Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Crew Leader to join our landscaping team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for directing and managing a team of lawn care professionals to maintain and enhance the aesthetic appeal of our clients' outdoor spaces. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring quality service, efficient work processes, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, train, and mentor a crew of lawn care workers, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Plan and organize daily tasks, including lawn mowing, trimming, edging, fertilization, aeration, and pesticide application.
- Conduct site assessments to determine client needs and provide recommendations for lawn care improvements and enhancements.
- Maintain equipment, ensuring all tools and machinery are in good working condition, and perform minor repairs as necessary.
- Monitor inventory of supplies and materials, coordinating with management to ensure timely procurement.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their expectations, address concerns, and provide updates on project status.
- Ensure completion of projects within set timeframes and budget constraints.
- Uphold company standards by maintaining high-quality workmanship and fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related field, with previous leadership roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, machinery operation, and industry best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
