HireCall is seeking a LAWN CARE LEADER to join a respected lawn service in Tulsa You'll be responsible for making sure jobs are done efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
Lead and supervise a crew of 2–3 team members throughout the workday
Perform and oversee mowing, weed eating, edging, and blowing
Hand-pull weeds and maintain garden beds
Trim and shape shrubs
Plant flowers, shrubs, and other landscaping material
Load/unload equipment and ensure proper care of tools and machinery
Communicate with the office/manager on job status and any issues
Ensure crew follows safety practices on site
Drive company truck
Qualifications
Previous lawn care or landscaping experience required 1+ years
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable transportation
